Updated: Flixster Issues $12.5 Million In Shares To News Corp For Rotten Tomatoes

MyHeritage Buys Germany’s OSN, Now 540 Million Profiles Strong

Israeli genealogy site MyHeritage has completed its third acquisition,  buying Germany’s OSN.
