One of the most common questions that I get is “Do I have to be in good shape to do P90X?” The reason they ask is because when they look on YouTube or search for P90X, most of the people who went through the program started in OK shape, but ended up in amazing shape! [...]

As you all know, Melinda, Greg (my best friend), and I have been going through Insanity for 2 weeks now. As you have seen from my previous Insanity reviews, it’s one intense program and really makes you push yourself beyond your comfort zone. Instead of following the program exactly, though, we’ve decided to go straight [...]

Twitter’s lead engineer for its International team, Matt Sanford, just posted an announcement detailing the microblogging network’s global growth. According to Sanford, over 60% of registered Twitter accounts come from outside the US. The growth in accounts internationally isn’t surprising, considering that we’ve seen Twitter’s worldwide unique visits rise as U.S. traffic plateaus.
Twitter also said [...]

Just about all of you know that I have been doing P90X for a little over two years now, and that I’m constantly looking for ways to keep the muscle confusion going so I can continue to see results. As I have talked about in past blog posts, the ways to keep seeing progress is [...]

What P90X Equipment should I get? That seems to be a common question that I get asked, and it’s usually after they have already gotten the regular P90X, which just comes with the DVD’s, Fitness Guide, and Nutrition Guide. The fact is that you will need the P90X Pull-Up Bar, and either dumbbells or resistance [...]

When will I be able to get one?
If you hit the stores, I suspect your local Apple store may have some in stock. This isn’t iPhone level hysteria. If you order one now on-line, though, you won’t get one via UPS until April 12.
If I go today, will I still be able to get one?
Call [...]

Will big shiny images and touch-screen magic convince consumers to spend more time on eBay? The online marketplace is betting its iPad ambitions on it (pardon the pun).
eBay is launching an iPad app that aims to engage the user by putting the image at the center of the design, using oversized thumbnails and bleeding image [...]

Whenever there’s a big event, like SXSW, we usually have people there to live-blog the important keynotes and/or write recaps of it afterwards. I’m not gonna lie, sometimes those are boring. You know what’s better? Rap songs that recap keynotes.
Hip-hop artist SaulPaul has released a video on YouTube which recaps the keynote Spotify CEO Daniel [...]

It’s an interesting time to be in the e-book business. E-readers in their many varieties are sussing out the perfect user experience, and the race to the bottom might end up with students packing a Kobo into their bag instead of 20 pounds of expensive textbooks. When it comes down to it, though, you’re selling [...]

Back in January, Google announced that it would follow Mozilla’s lead and start offering cash bounties for bugs found in the code of Chromium (the open-source browser behind Chrome), or Chrome by the community. Google both matches Mozilla’s $500 and ups the bounty all the way up to $1,337 (yes, 1337) for “particularly severe or [...]
